Returns & Exchanges

At Northern Hill, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason your piece isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.


Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Personalized or custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.


Exchanges

  • Need a different size, style, or color? We’ll gladly offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns: unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us at northernhilljewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  • Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at northernhilljewelry@gmail. We’ll prioritize a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
